The goal of this program is to improve sprint distance performance using periodization, focusing on a specific aspect of physiological development in each different monthly training phase. Moving from low intensity, high volume towards high intensity lower volume training. The overall goal is to peak the paddlers performance on race day in the most efficient way possible.
